“Where the New York fashion set goes, you’ll likely find Kirchhoff,” said Style.com about Leslie Kirchhoff, who was named one of their Top 10 New DJs, and also “the coolest girl in the room” by Paper Mag in their Beautiful People Issue.
With an impressively broad library of music that she’s been building since childhood, Leslie has a truly unparalleled ability to transform a room’s energy, often dropping long- forgotten hits that send crowds running to the dance floor, and mixing different genres and songs in a way that’s unexpected yet seamless.
After learning to DJ in Paris in 2011, she made her New York debut with a Friday night residency at Boom Boom Room, and quickly merged with the fashion scene (unsurprisingly, since during the day she works as a photographer shooting for Vogue, Teen Vogue, Glamour, The Coveteur, Michael Kors and more). Her client list now includes names like Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana, Vera Wang, American Express, Tommy Hilfiger, H&M, Urban Outfitters, Gap, and Nylon to name a few, and she has spun around the world in Paris, London, Berlin, Tokyo, Copenhagen, Sweden, Mexico City, Los Angeles, and of course, New York.
Beyond the booth, Leslie has curated playlists for sites like Vogue, Teen Vogue, Galore Magazine, and Paper Mag, and made mixes for fashion week shows for designers including Jonathan Simkhai, NP Elliot, and more.
